2. Portal Acceptance Disclaimer
While this tool verifies that output files do not exceed the selected byte limit (such as 20,000 bytes) and possess valid image headers, we cannot guarantee that any specific third-party website, government portal, or institution will accept your file. External portals may enforce arbitrary subjective criteria, such as specific physical millimeter dimensions, DPI tags, or facial framing requirements.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
